PROCESSING TIME - Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING RATES - $5 flat rate shipping for all orders

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME - 5-7 DAYS VIA USPS

SHIPPING AREA - We currently ship with the US only.

ORDER TRACKING - Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES - Please email hello@flowertownflorals.com with a photo of the damaged package, or explanation that the package was never delivered and I will resolve the situation. I want happy customers.
